mate, you're at about a perfect starting point to build some serious mass. you look to be about 12-13% with a good frame, so a low surplus bulk will keep you gaining muscle while gaining little fat. you'll be able to maintain or slowly increase your bf% while adding pounds of quality muscle, and what fat you've gained will be easily burned in a quick cut.

I've done that a lot too. A long time I thought that was the only way to see them. Been lifting 2 years and cutting 2 months, yesterday I finally saw the outlines of my 6pack without bending or flexing. I almost cried. If I were you, I'd bulk though. abs aren't worth much without pecs. In pic related at 165lbs I think I'm also bending over and flexing to see the abs.

Pic here at 187lbs was in october '16. I'm now down to 175lbs and very visible abs are like a week away.

You look good, if its winter where you are then bulk, if its summer then eat at maintenance or maybe slight surplus
