>"tomorrow I'm going to eat right"
>binge on grainwaves, digestive biscuits, and a frozen pizza for breakfast

I'm not even going to have time to eat today until 5 PM. Occupy yourself, tubby
>>41444512
Grainwave sounds like some uber-obscure music genre that maybe 3 people listen to.
>>41444512
have you tried not buying those things?
I have pretty poor self control if my drawers are full of unhealthy shit. that's why I rarely if ever buy any. problem solved
>quit smoking weed
>no longer have 5000+ calorie food binges
chad mode here i come

Then give up and die, fatboy. Don't tempt yourself with sweets and shit, so throw them out of the house. Its not about actively losing weight, but having the willpower to get the right shit in you to help. Don't browse a fitness board, get a shrink, cause you won't achieve shit with this disgusting addiction.
>>41444512
you know you could eat those things if you exercised right?
>>41444626
this is a trap
>>41444626
this is a slippery slope, i should know because i've been there. when someone eats 4000 calories or so in one sitting no plausible amount of exercise is going to fix it
>>41444599
you're on your way m8
weed is overrated don't go back
>>41444662
not him but similiar situation
"bad" thing is I can't enjoy video games anymore. but I guess it's ok to grow out of video games. they just feel like pointless time waste if I don't have weed. as soon as I figure out what it is the devs want me to do I lose all interest. used to have regularly 100+ hours on steam, now I average <5 for the past 12 months after quitting weed
>>41444682
im the anon who quit weed and playing WoW is keeping me occupied, helping me stave off cravings to get high and cravings to eat. everyones different i guess
>>41444682
i quit weed about a month ago or so but i lost interest in games way before that
when i get a new game i play it for about 20 minutes then i never touch it again
im always either depressed or mad
with weed i at least smiled every now and then
>>41444599
>thinking you dont binge eat for the exact same reason you smoked weed
Its all about that high, baby
>>41444703
either way, a massive binge happened within an hour or two of smoking every single time, without fail. like clockwork. i havent smoked in 3 days and guess what? not a single binge eating episode
>>41444712
>3 days
though you are right. I can go for months without "cheating" or going over my daily calories but if I get my hands on some weed it's all going down the drain
>>41444722
weed literally hijacks your brain and if you have a predisposition to binge eating you don't have a chance

before I quit I had a few years where I would buy some every few months. this is in contrast to daily smoking before that.
the way it worked for me was that I would buy say 5g of weed, play video games and smoke weed and do nothing else until it's all gone, resume daily life.
I would wake up, smoke, start a game, play 12-16 hours until smoking more no longer got me high, slept, repeat until dry.
Ive never been able to smoke in moderation. my version of moderation (as opposed to daily use) was to just limit how often I bought some and reserve it for weeks when I had nothing else scheduled
