I personally think that as you progress into intermediate onwards you should start learning how to make a routine and start understanding a little deeper about that type of stuff. Omar isuf has a super sick video about hypertrophy and managing volume frequency and intensity. He also has some vids on prilipens table if you want any type of strength focus

This is my third time running the program. Currently on a cut, but when I was bulking I would add an accessory to all the main lifts. Gained a lot of strength + size.
