Could you give me some excersies to lose this amount of fat in that short of a time?
Currently I've been doing 100 crunches a day for 10 days but I'm not seeing any good results

do bear walks to get those ankles and hips stretched
foam roll your glutes
do planks
try to get 100 crunches in 3 minutes, it's the best isolation exercise
also never ever deadlift because it's a memee, it doens't work your abs + your posture will most likely result in you taking a visit to the snap city
never do cardio
