Do some people really get an "endorphin rush" from exercising?
I swear to god, I often get so fucking depressed during and after exercising. All I can think about is shit like:
>What's the point
>Here we go again, another hour of my life gone
>Didn't I just fucking do this
>Am I really going to have to do this for the rest of my life
>Am I even making any progress
I'm not making excuses. I still do it, it just makes me miserable.

Sounds like a personal problem, I feel like a beast after completing my last rep of a super hard set.
In the begining exercising sucks but It gets fun in a while, but dont expect to have an organs for exercising.

Low test
Start roiding then you will look forward to training cause you actually make progress

Not everyone gets it and some people get it more than others. I ran varsity track for years and got "runner's high" maybe a dozen times. Most of the time it just felt like a chore.
Now I lift. I don't get a rush from that either but I think it's a lot of fun to make progress and feel really satisfied when I do it.
Find an activity you like.
Stop being such an emo fuck, telling you right now if you keep thinking like this you will stop exercising in a few weeks.. change your outlook brother, it's all about perception

yep same here. feels like I accomplished something awesome rather than just sitting on my ass playing vidya or something

I'm not normally like this. It's just a brief and temporary wave of depression that usually starts midway through my workout and ends like an hour after I finish my workout. And it's usually not as severe as it was today.
Like when I made this thread I had just finished my workout and felt like shit. Now it's over an hour later and I feel pretty good.

Yeah I do. I also get raging hard-ons from it
I get suicidally depressed when I push myself a little too hard. Endorphins are a meme.
Yeah but the weight has to be heavy enough.
OP. are you eating and sleeping right? fats help testosterone, carbs with stregth. you should feel amazing after exercising.

I get physically and mentally agitated if I don't exercise. I'm not sure if it's endorphins but my body enjoys it.
