oats for breakfast
chicken and vegetables for lunch and dinner.

that's it.

you get to eat regularly like a normal person. eat full size meals. but since the foods aren't calorie dense you probably (or if you count them you can be sure) end up on a calorie deficit. I lost a shit ton of weight without any paleo memes or fasting just by figuring out how to fill a plate using only 500 calories. never felt hungry because I ate regularly.
