Don't listen to this guy, I was benching 3pl8 for reps on 5/3/1. You have to read the whole book. One of the biggest criticisms of the program is volume, which I find hilarious because there's a variation in it that includes 8 fucking sets of OHP/squat/etc

Depends. Probably anywhere from 2.5 lbs to 40 lbs depending on quality, one bulk purchase vs many smaller ones, grass fed, organic, fat content etc.
