I'd like to start tanning, but I don't know how. All I know is I'm pale white as fuck, and it bothers me. I really would rather not use a tanning bed. My plan was to just lay out in my backyard and tan, and I was gonna probably buy some tanning oil or something.
I'm a guy as well, not sure if that matters but I just know that I look like white as fuck compared to other white men around me. I usually sit in my house 12 hours a day when I'm not at work, and avoid the sun. I'm really not even an outdoor person which would probably explain why my skin is so fucking pale and white. Do any guys here tan? Have any advice for a beginner? How long should I tan for? Can I do it everyday? How long will it take to get a nice even tan?

Every day at noon sunbath 7-10 minutes each side without sunscreen. You'll get tan, won't get sun burn, get vitamin D, melatonin, and sleep better at night. Buy a boonie hat from a military surplus store for $10. And cover your face and back of your neck while tanning. These areas get plenty of sun exposure as it is.
Just have a towel and you can lay out literally anywhere that has grass. Concrete is too hard. You can do this while working too during lunch.

Fruit & carrots have tons of carbs. Broccoli stalks have beta carotene if you want to use that, and little to no carbs. Lots of other low carb veggie alternative as well. Better to do this >>41426459. Also most sunscreens cause cancer. So this >>41426459 is the best way to get a tan.
