For what purpose? Are you actively trying to look like a skinnyfat untrained mess at the end of your cut? Keep your protein high and lift weights. Fatties can actively increase their LBM while cutting if they do these things. That recent study showed this, even at a 40% deficit.

I'm 19, still schooling. I don't live in America and it's normal for families to be living together. Because my parents still pay for everything for me I can't be an ungrateful ass and completely reject all the food they cook for me, so I ask for smaller portions. I have no control over dinner at all. All meals on weekdays or days I'm not in school is out of my hands too. I can choose what to eat in school for lunch or breakfast. I usually order some grilled chicken breast, it's the cafeteria stuff so I don't really know 100% of what's in there. For breakfast I usually boil 2-3 eggs and head off for the day. Gym at this rate is to make me feel better about my controlled as fuck life right now and that I just MIGHT be going somewhere even if it isn't ideal. Also the school holidays is in a few weeks and I'm pretty anxious about how I'm going to survive having food forced to me everyday by my parents because I'll be home.

It doesn't really matter what you eat for losing weight. It's way more important how many calories you eat.

Though really, a balanced diet is always the best for you and is way easier to keep going long term.

I bought Ephedrine for the first time 2 weeks ago, some people spoke about how they were irritable and jittery and couldn't sleep and all this shit so I was a bit apprehensive, in reality the stuff is very tame and very subtle.

It absolutely does kill appetite the first few times you take it, but you really do need to keep upping the dose to get the same result and I found after a while it loses a lot of its effectiveness. I'm beginning to cycle it, it will help for sure but I would say it's less 'stimulating' than 150mg of modafinil desu....maybe that guy did get meth.

The total weight loss percentage is what their weekly loss was in the grand scheme of things.

So our dude who just started lost 4.3 lbs which is 4.02% of his starting weight.

For this week he lost 1.72% of his starting weight.

1.72 is 42.79% of his 4.02%

Granted its a small number to start and will thin out once he loses more, but thems the totals.

If there's a better way, please tell me. I spent like 30 minutes fucking with calculators until I sorted this out.

800 cal is too low bro (or babe). You won't die if you do it a short while, but it's just not sustainable and odds are you'll be so tired of dieting when you quit that you'll go nuts and bounce back to your initial weight and then some.

When I was fatter I tried a few drastic diets and it never worked. Then I got more reasonable and went from 220 pounds to about 180 doing 1800 cals a day, then slowly down to 150 pounds (around 21 BMI and 11% BF) on 2300 cals a day. I've been maintaining at that weight for the last few years on around 2500 cals a day.

Everyone's needs are different, but I know if I tried anything like 800 cals I would never have gone anywhere. I can barely wrap my head around small women needing 1200... unless you're something like 4 foot and 70 pounds, 800 is too low. Be careful. :(

Depends where you're starting from. Aim for steady progress. Once you track your calories accurately, you'll see if you maintain, lose or gain and be able to adjust from there. (And by accurately tracking calories, I mean actually weighing - not just measuring - everything you eat. Also, don't substract exercise calories. By all means, exercise as much as you want, it's good for you. But this calculator already takes activity into account, so none of this "I walked 500 steps so I can eat 500 calories more" bullshit). Start at some reasonable deficit, track accurately what you eat, weight yourself daily and as long as you keep a general downward trend (slight variations are normal), you're golden.

I know that feel, brother. I know it very, very well. It has stopped me from getting better many times, but eventually I managed to overcome myself, and that has been the hardest part so far. Basically, if you have hormone issues then you'll always have some fat that will seem impossible to get rid of. For me it was my love handles, even at 15% bodyfat I was looking pretty fat because of the handles. And because hormone problems prevent you from building muscle effectively, you'll always look fatter than you actually are. Better get your shit fixed before getting frustrated.
