What's the best excerise to work out or get bigger delts?
Hypertrophy rep range is probably the best. I'm guessing it's not a large enough muscle for progressive overload.
ohp, lateral raises, facepulls. seated db press if you're into that kind of stuff

yeh linear progression doesnt work for delts, only legs and back mostly, just do alot of vertical pressing behind the head
