Monday: back

Tuesday: chest

Wednesday: legs/shoulders

Thursday: back/arms

Friday: triceps, abs

is this overkill? My gym is only open in the morning in the weekend, so I'd like to do all my exercises in the week, without a restday.

every training +-1.5 hour.

shrugs
lats pulldown
shoulder rows seated
front pulldown

Tuesday:
flat bench press
crossover
chest machine (low weight)
dips
incline press

Wednesday:
squat
calf raises
OHP
facepull
front raises
lateral raises

Thursday:
pullups
lats pulldown
high volume deadlifts
bicep curls

Friday:
triceps cable
seated triceps pushdown machine(don't know the real name, just sitting pushing down handles)
decline press
crunches
obliques
leg raises

How about a push pull legs:

Hits muscle groups more frequently and you don't waste one of five workouts on something as stupid as tris and abs.

Fucking hell, tris and abs. You might as well spend a workout painting your nails you fucking sissy.

stats are: 5'9" 157pounds

deadlift 160kg x5

bench 82.5 x5

squat 110 x5

do 15 pullups

I'd estimate my bodyfat at around 15%, but a lot goes to my legs so that really sucks. my legs bulge in my pants but there not even that big, just fat.

Lifting for 6 months now

Nah see shoulders is also push, you're following your bench day with overhead presses. I wouldn't do that.

With the sched I suggested you always have a days rest between the different days. You will still train tris when doing bench and presses so might as well bake it in the push days imo. And abs should be trained more frequently for better gains

I'm at uni so time isn't really a problem (unless exams)
