I wear my glasses to the gym because I don't have contacts and have terrible vision without them. Nothing autistic about it if you have no other option. Would recommend contact lenses though.

How is it not? As relevant a question as knee wraps or some shit. Seeing while you lift is a relevant concern, and the equipment you use (or don't use) for the purpose of sight in the gym is pertinent info.

I never bring them because it's annoying to have it on my face when I'm lifting. Especially with lifts like Pendlay Rows because I can feel them hanging
