no
No it is always busy during peak hours. Before 7 am and after 4 pm. Friday people want to get a pump. Saturday is not very busy. Sunday is a toss up.

It depends heavily on the gym that you go to. Look on Google, and it will show you how crowded it is at a given time on a given day.

Ask your gym itself they'll know better than a bunch of dyels on 4chan
I go tues/thurs/sat to avoid rush as much as I can
Tuesday is usually pretty busy still.
Or maybe it feels busy because of these two chads who dont leave the squat rack for ages as they do 12 reps of quarter squats.
Thursday is less busy, so usually no problem getting in the equipment I want
Saturday is dead, pretty much free reign of the place

Thank you, Julius
I do sat/mon/wed with cardio sun/tues/thurs since I like relaxing on Fridays. Weekends are generally pretty lax, but you have to time it right. Weekdays have much shorter/inconvenient down times.

this. Google spying on everyone is useful for knowing when the gym is empty or full.
