I weigh 87 kg and do 3x5 with 15kg added every week. Once I managed to get to 3x6 bodyweight I added 5kg I think. Then after a week 7.5, then 10kg and in two or three months I reached 15kg. Not the strictest form of course, but a pullup nonetheless.
