If you're going balls to the walls with diet and cardio and lifting you could do it in 3 months.
You're not a fat fuck so you're starting with a normal amount of body fat so your metabolism is already somewhat speedy. However, it tends to be harder for people that aren't fat fucks to really get the fat loss started.
High protein, low-moderate carbs, moderate-slightly more fats, and near daily cardio.
How long to make a sixpack? and what bf% would you place me at here?
Been cutting for 3 months after 2 year bulk, down from 190 to 170 lbs at 6'0.
I hit the beach in a bit over a month, can it be made?

thx bros, this is what I looked like 2 years ago. My diet is very clean these days, being a hungry skellington I never had issues with not eating and going hungry. It's just the beer on the weekends that is an issue to avoid for me. Do every body burn fat at different speeds?

I'd say it's about a 5% loss, maybe more. keep the weight on the bar, protein high, and at max lose 1% of your bodyweight a week.

I'm at a huge deficit in general and focusing on getting clean protein from natty food, cutting progress is slow but I keep getting stronger on my main lifts. Shoulders starting to look real nice.
Does the visual difference get bigger the lower you go? I've lost about 7kg in 15 weeks and it's going fine, but if the visual changes stay on this track I'm gonna have to go way lower that I thought.
I'm guessing I'm at around 14% bf now.

fat and carb ratios are just down to preference as long as you're getting a baseline of fat so i didn't regulate, just made sure i hit calorie and protein goal.
