>Arms and back are still sore as fuck a week later
Does the pain/soreness ever go away? I know I'm not lifting too much, I'm lifting just enough to work my muscles. And I know it says to try and RAISE the weight every week, but I'm not sure if I can add more weight with my arms being this sore. Is it just DOMS? I didn't know DOMS lasted this long.

Push through it. With regular training it will diminish into background soreness instead of the in your face bullshit you're experiencing rn
yeah it goes away eventually, give it another week or two
you can expect doms when you try new lifts, but it won't be as bad as what you're feeling now

Up your protein intake

The first three weeks I did SS I was sore as fuck. After that it was gone. Eat a lot of protein, sleep a lot, stick to your program, and go for walks - it'll help.

After my first ab isolation I had to call in sick because I literally couldn't get out of bed. It'll go away.

Wait until they are more mild (but don't worry and if they are still present) then return to the gym and continue. You'll probably be surprised by how good a workout you'll achieve. Any feels of strain after that will not be worse for going, either.

Yes, in a couple weeks' time it'll be almost completely gone.
General rule is
>soreness is normal, man the fuck up and work through it
>pain after lifting means you have bad form
>pain during lifting means you have really bad form
