what will actually help it is accepting it and feeling it. Also being honest with yourself that you will think about her for a while or him or whatever it is, this is fit so I'm assuming it's a guy cause ur probably gay.

But yeah just accept it and yourself, and really focus on self improvement. But as a permanent change, not to just get over it. Be glad this event made you reflective, and thankful for this opportunity.
