Start bulk or keep cutting?

I got tired of looking terrible so I started trying to get somewhere. TL;DR: 6'4", lost 10 kg of pure fat, now at 79 kg. Should I continue losing fat or start building muscle?

to many beginners worry about bulking or cutting

yes it will make you progress faster, but honestly if you just start lifting and forget about bulking and cutting you will find out what your body needs very fast.

at the beginning(unless you are very fat or very skinny which OP isnt) all you need to do is get high protien food and eat until you are full whenever you are hungry.

the only tip you really need is STAY AWAY FROM EMPTY CALORIES OR FOODS THAT HAVE A SHIT MACRO/MICRO CALORIE RATIO
