Soda is sugar. That's it.
Even though you might get over a little over your caloric target, it is not the end of the world.

Soda is a problem when daily basis you take it instead of water.

Yeah its alright to have soda every once in a while as long as your not having it every day you should be fine

no OP but I too have a question, and might be a very stupid one. people often say here that X is gain killer or that Y and Z are gain killers. can shit like beer or soda or whatever, actually prejudice gains directly? how?

I now drink extra spicy ginger beer at parties. Blenheim is the spiciest I've found--it has a burn like whisky, but no alcohol sting. It allows/forces me to nurse my drink, which makes it more social like alcoholic drinks.
