Hey /fit/, I'm trying to start a new Training Program to lose weight and essentially tone up. Is there anything that I'm missing? Is my plan okay? Anything you would add?

do weightlifting at least thrice every week. cardio is non-essential for fat loss. try to go even lower than 1700 cal. base your weightlifting workouts around compound, free weight exercises like squat, bench press, deadlift, overhead press and barbell row. good luck.
