fit how do increase my DL? i'm at 2plate +25 on each side (lbs) every rep is a fucking nightmare, i can't really do more than 2 in a row without having to take a 10-15 second breather.
5'6" 140lbs, age 22
training for like probably 2-3 months, i've had to sorta plateau due to school being nutty last semester.

Circuit training is really tiring. If you're still breathing hard when you get to each deadlift set, it's no wonder that you're struggling to do reps consecutively. Also, stop stacking front delt work. OHP is good enough for front delts alone just do more of that and remove the front raises. Do more barbell OHP instead. Do focused work on rear delts with rear delt flys or face pulls.
