Is it okay if your lower stomach/abdominals are further away than your pecs?
Unless you're ripped that's how almost everyone looks.

Not how I look due to large rib cage, but yeah that's normal OP

The world's most aesthetic body builder has it, and if The Tom Platz of Abs can have it. So can you.

Fat enablers

Isnt that hyperlordosis? I used to be skinnyfat with a horrible posture, also low-test, so my main fat store is my belly, so it protruded a lot. I think stretches helped a bit.
Pic related, me in february vs me in april
Distended belly might be due to weak core/abs. Do stomach vacuums and the ab wheel to help with tighten up your midsection.

This
Your obliques and core will tighten and compress your ribcage and suck in your gut.
Giving you that nice "chest further than abs" look. Keep hitting those abs, lose the fat and don't neglect lower abs and obliques.

I have pectus excavatum and flared ribs and single digit bodyfat and my abs protude way further than my chest.
Hoping lifting will fix this.
>>41343124
It will, I don't have excavatum but my ribs stuck out further than my chest because I literally had almost no abs and the ribs were just expanded.
Ribs out, core relaxed.
>>41343124
Core tightened, ribs compressed.
I did however forget to incorporate lower ab workouts and thats why my upper abs are bigger than lower to an extent, but evening it out will give me the flat look soon.
