>Cant bench for shit, everything else is okay
>Did fucking great the first 2 weeks
>Been at it for a month and a half so far

>Starting to feel run down all the time
>Can barely get half way through a set before i shut down
>Get pissed off and try to force myself to keep going

>Been eating properly, sleeping properly, taking vitamins etc.

What do i do /fit/?
I'm thinking i should just wait until i can start eating maintanance again after i hit my goal, but i'm not sure.
I don't want to deload either, i genuinely want to make some gains.

Just cut till your goal and get your BF% as low as you can, then clean bulk cycle for aesthetics

Probably a leptin problem.
The first 2 weeks where good because of high levels of leptin. You should take a weekend or two and add 500 calories per day of pure carb (glucose, not fructose).
I did a low carb, strict 2000 calories diet combined with IF for 6 months straight, if only I knew sooner.
