Who here weak bones/joints?
I cant even curl a weight that would do something to my muscles and actually feel it because my wrists just gives up and hurts like a motherfucker. What the fuck do i do? Can i use some wrist straps or something?
Does that shit help?
Also cant squat to ass because my left knee starts to hurt like a motherfucker, can i just do box squats. Do they even build anything?

This shit is fucking pain, i'd prefer to be weaker and to actually be able to lift shit and not turn into dust.

What you need to do is play around with angles and exercises and find what works for you. Identify when and where your pain is on an specific movement would help figure out what you can. If anything you step it down to whatever you can manage and crawl your way up.

Did a doctor tell you have weak joints or something?

But to answer your question box squats are legit. If anything applying the same methodology to box squats with other movements would help you set yourself up to do x exercise and use a bench or rack to stop the movement where pain is too much for you

My right shoulder pops a shit ton when I move it around and it kinda freaks me out. It doesn't really hurt and it hasn't impacted my lifting but it does get kinda sore if I just sit and pop it for a bit.

Shitty scapular stability and/or shitty rotator cuffs. Fix those and the popping will stop. You may have to forever focus on your shoulder position during every exercise but you can lift without fucking yourself up

Did the wrist shit start immediately when you started lifting?

If you got this only after lifting for a bit, it might be tendonitis. Immobilize it completely for a week, or at least don't bend it and don't put any weight on it for a week. Check if things improved after that.

In general, just take things slowly and wait for your joints and bones to catch up to your muscles.
