I found this tiny sized barbell clip at the gym. I didn't realize they made equipment specifically for manlets.

But that wouldn't fit me

That's a standard size clip.
Most gyms use Olympic equipment because it's bigger, sometimes cheaper when buying in bulk, and works with more weights.
(standard equipment has a max of 25lb plates, not 45lb)

They make smaller sizes but you'll have to order them online.
I think they only come in 2 colors as well: 5lb dumb bell pink and 10lb dumb bell blue

Not entirely true. I use cheap homegym equipment (essentials only) and the bar is 30mm in diameter, i.e. also the area where you put the plates So the bar has the same diameter like the area you grip the bar at. As a result, the hole in the plates is also 30mm in diameter (compared to 50mm for oly stuff). But the plates available for that size go up to 50kg (20kg = 45lbs plates, 50kg = 125lbs). Yet, the bar is usually of some "non bending" steel taking "only" up to 200kg/505lbs.
If you are a poorfag and want a homegym, then this is the way to go. A bar like that costs like 30 bucks but also only weighs 10kg/25lbs.

>"non bending" steel
Does that mean it just cracks in half as soon as you have too much weight on it?
>up to 200kg
More like 200lbs.
