What's the best couch to 5k routine?

I'm literally finding dozens of different ones.

I started running a mile about two weeks ago but that's only really 10 minutes of cardio for me 3 days a week.

A lot of these programs have you running or walking over 20-30 minutes.

Anyone know the best one?

There are different ones?

Just use a C25K app, most of them use pretty much the same thing. Walking for X time, jog for Y time, repeat while progressively going faster / harder over several weeks.

I fucking hate distance running, but that's non-arguably the best way to build functional stamina and mobility

Quite a few spins on it actually.

I'll just use yours.

I don't like downloading apps. Usually they're a bunch of spyware. Plus I leave my phone at home when I run, it bounces in my pockets too much.

so i want to try to run a 5 k but after about a mile i just get bored. like wtf. running is boring. i listen to music but after listening to the same shit 3 times a week it gets boring.

I think this was the original c25k routine. Now they have taken the table out of their web page because they have become greedy and want you to use their app. But you can still access it here https://web-beta.archive.org/web/20160304040310/http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_3/181.shtml

just run 5k immediately breh until your body adapt

Audiobooks. They'll entirely change the way you view running.

Step 1. Go outside
Step 2. Run
>>
you run a bit more every time you run until you reach the distance you are satisfied with. You don't really need to follow a program
