How do i fix knocked elbows?
I'm self conscious about them and always have to turn my palms because I honestly looked deformed like this guy

This is a real thing. Many men have it. It's called Cubitus valgus. It is a medical deformity in which the forearm is angled away from the body to a greater degree than normal when fully extended. A small degree of cubitus valgus (known as the carrying angle) is acceptable and occurs in the general population. It is more common among females than males. Men who have this are less capable when baring weight during arm work and OHP. Don't believe me, look it up.

I remember from a Crossfit seminar I attended. The Oly coach was saying to look for this in participants who were doing snatches and jerks. He said most of the population shouldn't be doing lifts like those because of this condition.
