What's some good cardio to do that will make my heart more efficient and lower my BPM?
It jumps up to the 130's when I stand up and it's around 120 when I'm walking, sitting down brings it down to 80-100 BPM. When I wake up it's somewhere in the 70's. Eating also makes it go into the 90's and 100's.
How about you reduce coffeine and alcohol intake, or/and stop smoking you fat fuck?
Those are some pretty high numbers for resting heart rate. Might wanna get that checked out with a physician, anon

I have POTS that was most likely induced by not being active at al. Doctor said I would outgrow it in my 20's but I wanna get rid of it now.l
Forgot to mention, I have a treadmill and an excercise bike. Could I do cardio on that to get my resting heart rate down to 60 BPM?
Put exercise bike in front of computer/tv
Bike whenever your on the computer/tv at a mild comfortable pace

Even when i was obese, not exercising, drinking too much coffee + a bottle of wine a night and smoking half pack a day my numbers werent that bad anon.
I'd strongly recommend you see a doctor. Especially before you start any cardio routine, they can probably give you advice about that too.

I'm able to do cardio without problems, except for my heart beating really hard and fast, and also being out of breath.
My mile run time is 11:54 which is pretty shit, but I was also pretty shit before I got POTS.
