Not same anon but you talk about wanting to become a e s t h e t i c, but you care about 1/2/3/4?? Prioritize what you want to do. If you want to get big quick (aesthetic) focus on 8-12 reps on compound lifts and eat more.

i started off at 5'9" 145 lbs. my lifts were, very roughly:

50 lbs ohp
70 lbs bench
no idea for squat/dead.

after 8 months (i barely do squats/deads):

200 lb deadlift 4x6
170 lb squat 4x6
120 lb ohp 4x4 (working on upping to 4x6-8)
75 lb db incline bench 3x12.

and like this guy says, strength != aesthetics.

there are plenty of people that look like shit who can do 1/2/3/4. focus on building a foundation of strength for your first 3-6 months with a compound-heavy program with a few isolation exercises (arms, back) thrown in, and then move toward a PPL or upper/lower split.

5'9 145 with those starting lifts you werent skelly you were skinny fat. I started off 125 with higher lifts and now I'm 135 with 100 ohp 155 bench
