Yup being small is pretty much grounds for suicide. I did once see an Arthur episode where Dee Dee felt really insecure about her small size but in the end she was able to squeeze into the back panel of a piano during a wedding to retrieve the ring that had been dropped. No one else could fit there small little body into that piano, but she did. She saved the fucking day dude.

Some people will say its bad, others will say its good. What should really matter is what you think, as its your body and your life. /fit/ is basically the most counterproductive board out there, so if you truly want to make it, your only worries should be bettering yourself and leaving behind your insecurities.

You can't fix your height or build, and lifting will do more for you than just bulk you up. If you do it correctly, you'll learn a lot of discipline, feel happier in general and by the time you get to your goals you probably won't be as worried as you once were

I have a friend who i knew in the NAVY,

BUT

I'm smaller than you (5'4") and I'm 19 so I'm sure I'll be like this forever. Good thing is I'm not really a midget in my country with this height. Lots of guys taller than me but taller than lots of guys too. Don't really let it bother me much. There's a lot of stuff you can work on to balance it out.

Get ripped, fix your face, earn money, then marry a 6 foot girl and have Chad babies with her. You will not fail us here.
