Actually it is okay to get pork done medium rare now the worm problem had to do with the feed which they changed or some shit. Rare-Medium Rare is how beef is supposed to be eaten... except ground never eat ground meats less then medium well.

Why would you eat raw meat and eggs? Cooking both products increases the bioavailability of nutrients. For example, your body will only utilize ~50% of the proteins in eggs if you eat them raw, but you'll utilize ~90% if you boil them. Eating them raw is just stupid
