i've owned a pair of wei rui's for about 2 years now. when i got them, i had an olybro who had a pair of romaleos (what i originally wanted, but fuck the price tag). wei ruis are about as good for $200 less, and they've only barely scuffed since i got them. they fit well, feel comfortable, and work like a charm. as long as you're not an idiot they can easily last you 5-10 years or more.
if we're talking about non oly squat shoes, chucks or wrestling shoes are the way to go. of the two, i prefer chucks.
