Hi OP, fractured L3 fag here. That would be too much support for me, if I could actually sleep on my back. The best tools in my back kit are LAX balls, black rumble roller and Teeter inversion table. For sleeping, its side only with a giant crotch pillow. nerve irritation disappears every time unless I've inflamed a nerve or have a muscle spasming.

Whenever I'm sleeping after a gym session I always want to be on my back, otherwise my arms just fall asleep under me. Also when I sleep sideways I just drool like a fucking retard, redpill me on how to solve this senpaitachi?
