I've been taking cold shower for a while now and my skin and hair has gotten a decent bit better.

I end with cold shower. Hot water to open the pores->cold to close the pores and cool my spicy balls.

I took ice cold showers every single day for about ten months. It made me really good at taking ice cold showers. Other than that I didn't notice much else.

I will say that I seemed to feel less angry all the time, or maybe I should say less likely to have react with rage when pushed. I felt like I had more stamina, less likely to run out of breath. And I felt like I had a higher threshold for walking into uncomfortable situations, mainly social situations, but still had bad social anxiety.

Maybe there are some long term benefits but I didn't really notice anything dramatic enough feel like continuing. Think cold showers are mostly just hype.

i started doing them, the best way to take cold shower for me is to start off room temperature, and then intermittently get it colder and colder, until the very last end of the shower I put it to coldest and stand there for a full minute.

it's much more bearable rather than just jumping in going full yolo cold.

oh and do heavy deep breaths to oxygenate your body.
