ITT: did you lift in high school, if so what were your max lifts? My stats senior year before graduation were:
>19 yo,6ft, 168lbs
>bench 270lb
>squat 290lb
>clean 220lb
>incline 250lb
Ran track 9th grade, played jv football 11th, weight lifted 12th
I had 1500 hours in team fortress 2
>18, 6ft 140lbs
>bench 150
>squat 185
>clean & jerk 115
dyel. Could also very much be a liar on the clean & jerk, its just a guess; but it was around there.
Currently
Incline BP 100 kg
Squat 130kg
OHP 60 kg
All for sets, that being said I still look DYEL @74 kg
When I was in high school, I snuck my parents' 10 pound dumbbells into my room and did fucking bicep curls.
I had no idea what the fuck I was doing lmao

I didn't start lifting for realz until junior year when I moved to a new school and started footballing, thought I was decent strong until first max outs which were:
>180lb bench, strongest 320
>210lb squat strongest 455
>170lb clean strongest 275
>140lb incline strongest 265
Those were the only lifts they had us max out on

Don't quote me or my son ever again.

The mid junior year to end senior lifted at super saiyan training level to ge strongest a by failed at:
>bench 270, strongest 345
>squat 290, strongest 495
>clean 220, strongest 295
>incline 250, strongest 275

pic related, it's you.
I don't remember the exact numbers for each lift, but I can tell you my hang clean, bench, and squat totaled over a half ton.
No, I was a complete skinnyfat DYEL until I started lifting in my junior year of college. I'm supremely jealous of guys that played sports in high school and had a good strength foundation to work from while I had to work my way up from only being able to lift the bar. Shit was embarrassing

didn't happen, unless you meant 170 for your bench
dropped outta highschool but when i was 19 i did
bench 295
squat w/ wraps 545
dl 565
clean 295
incline 225x9
looked like dyel tho so everyone was mirin asking me how old i am when they see my lifts
they didnt no i was on steroids lol

Believe what you want, but it's the truth. In my high school we had at least 9 guys bench over 300, 10 guys bench over 275, and 12 bench over 250.
>strongest senior benched 300lb
>strongest junior benched 325lb
>strongest sophomore benched 345lb
>strongest freshmen benched 290lb

Lol post body or bullshit bc 170lbs at 6' and benching 270 is a lie. You woulda been solid muscle with lifts like those.

probably those are all your 1rm and not 5x5, so theyre not valid. gg nogainz
