is it normal?
i thought it meant i was doing something wrong...
only started happening once i started doing > 120kg for reps
its not sore like, snapped up sore... its like DOMS sore.. which i never felt before there
>>41286787
Just a sore muscle nothing special, you arent doing anything wrong
>>41286787
Fucking fat retard.
>>41286748
Can you differentiate between sore and pain?
Sore is normal. It's DOMS. It's natural fatigue when you've used a muscle.
If it's pain you've fucked up.
>>41286787
you're fine. Foam roll, stretch, and take advil if it's unbearable

I'm in same boat op, just started hitting dead more seriously. Always did squats. I'm at 2.25pl8 dead (inb4 lmao) and I get lower back soreness afterwards, also feels exacerbated by sitting at a computer. I think it's just my lower back/erector getting confused/used to it. I've been waiting till soreness is completely gone or deloading down significantly to do them.

Same about dl and squat, both similar. Just keep progressing. Eventually dl should go higher. For me the hardest part is the lowering of the bar. Right at the knee is where I feel the most possibility of a snap. So I just Deload till I can maintain form.
