Sup /fit/ overlords retarded question here. Will drinking a fuckton of milk help my bones "regenerate"? My left wrist is basically dust at this point, when i press anything with iit (like when doing a pushup) it hurts like a motherfucker. Now i know this started when i started using heavier dumbbells and while doing heavier OHPs. I also know that when i stopped lifting for a week the pain went away but it later cameback after i started lifitng for some weeks again. Now maybe this is related to my diet? All i eat is basically chicken and some soups or pasta (on a cut right now).Basically will drowning myself in milk help?

Stop injuring yourself. There is no way to magically rehab injuries by drinking milk.

OP can use wrist wraps to prevent injury, no fucking idea what the judo guy is supposed to do.

First off, you'll need to let it heal completely. No strain, maybe some light mobility drills. Joint problems are tricky, there is no instant fix. It needs time and rest.
After it's healed, use wriststraps and see what you did wrong in terms of posture, aligement and technique.

There are suplements out there that are supposed to help joint regeneration, they contain glycogen, thats the protein the joints are made of. Only problem is they dont really work, cause unlike muscles joints have a poor blood supply. Basically what you eat wont go to your joints, so if you fucked them once, they are fucked for life.

Ofc joints aren't fucked for life, there are ways around that problem. Yes, they deterioate over time like the rest of your body and you may have helped that process, but that's not the end.
