can a 5'6" 110 pound person start off with 30 pound weights? i'm trying to gain some lean muscles, probably going to do like 20-30 sets a day in my bedroom. thanks in advance <3

This is cute. I wouldn't reccomend doing only curls. If you don't like the gym, at least do push-ups for chest-tri-shoulders and body weight squats for legs. You need to work out your back too or else you will look like a knuckles forwards gorrilla.

Well 30 pounds will be pretty heavy for something like curling, probably too much for you right now. I would recommend you considering getting really good at callisthenics, though. When I was that weight, after doing 3 sets of 100 push-ups every other day for a while I could do all sorts of crazy handstands and stuff. My other muscles fell greatly behind and you shouldn't make that your routine, but what I'm getting at is that you have the potential for some pretty impressive body weight stuff.
