na it's fine nothing ENORMOUS to panic attack over. studies just show that past 15%, the ratio of muscle:fat goes progressively towards the latter. look up p-ratio, it's the reason you always see pubmed dyels like lyle mcdonalds recommends 10-15 as a bulking range. plus it means you're always aesthetic
