Why won't my fucking arms grow?
Lifting for a year and they only went from 11" to 12" even though I've been bulking and increasing my lifts.
I even do curls and tricep pushdowns.
Is this normal?

Mine are pretty shit too. Arms and calves. I get fucking massive thighs, shoulders and chest but no arms.

If you have base strength you want lift for hypertrophy. Do a lot of volume instead.

Arms are hard to grow.

16.5" flexed 'ceps but calves are around 15".

Lifting for strength/power = low volume or reps/sets with higher weight
Lifting for size of muscle (hypertrophy) = medium weights/high volume of sets and reps
If you were doing a starting program switch to a bodybuilding one where the focus moves to sets of 3-5 with 8-10 reps usually.

Definitely wouldn't hurt if all you care about is the size of your muscles as opposed to straight strength gains. You could even try german volume training but it's not a good program to do for a long time. At most a month and usually only twice a year since it seriously strains your body. Your 1RM's usually suffer in the process as well.
10 sets of 10 at 60% of your 1RM with 60 seconds of rest between sets is generally the idea. You'd do that for biceps and triceps respectively. Just don't fuck your shit up doing it with bad form or too much weight. Best of luck bro.
