If you can do more than 15 proper pull ups, start adding weight.
Run x 4 a week. Hit intervals, 3 miles, 5 miles, and a day of 3 1.5 mile repeats.
If you don't get 100 crunches then the person counting them hates you.

Just do max sets as often as possible. Switch your grip when you start to plateau on reps.

Weighted pull ups
Work on your grip strength
Apply the idea of "Greasing the groove" to your pullups.
The new standard pushing the max up to a maximum of 23 can be a real bitch but it is doable.

Those are rookie numbers. If you can't easily bang out a PFT better than that at 04 after 96 hours of heavy drinking you, are never going to make it.
