Ok /fit/ I'm 5'10" and weigh 162 lbs. I don't know if I want to continue losing weight and become super thin or bulk up and become built fat what should I do?
Is this man true male perfection?

Bulk gain some muscle
Like OP I'm also 5'10" 162
I've been lifting 1 year with 3 months off for injury and some bulking, some cutting.
What do now? Since this photo I have recomped a bit and can see top four abs, all six in good lighting if I cheat and pull my skin down.

Thanks for the advice, I will get to that in exactly 4 months after the summer and bulk from September to may.
cut until 10% body fat. then perhaps lean bulk without adding to fat percentage.

OP here. I'm at 19% right now, I think I'll try that, my only fear is that I'll look like sir skeletal. I can gain weight pretty easily though, so that might work.
here's what I look like shirtless

was muscular with some fat at 180, cut till 165 and look great. If you dont, probably a little bulk. 5'10 as well

Neither bulk nor cut. Eat exactly at maintenance until you have achieved your noob gains, so you are the same weight but more muscular. Once you get there, go on a slow bulk.

NP. Just keep in mind, the only way for the body to get stronger(beyond adding neural connections) is to add muscle tissue. So if you are the same weight, but getting stronger, that implies that bodyfat is decreasing while lean muscle mass is increasing. During the noob gain phase, this is entirely possible without bulk/cut cycles, which is why I recommend it to you. You can get a lot of progress without having to get fatter.

He almost certainly has higher a bodyfat percentage than you.
