Sup /fit/, can you help a brother out? I have a few questions.

So as it turns out, I'm a fucking skeltal and I'm looking to gain weight. I don't have much time to eat during the day so people recommended me making weight gainer shakes. Here are the questions:

1. Is doing it once a day okay? Can I drink it in the evening, before sleep? Or should I do it in the morning? Can I do it the day before and just throw it into the fridge to have it ready in the morning?

2. If I'm doing mostly office work, will my gains be significant? How quickly will I gain weight?

3. Do I have to work out when I do this?

4. Will I have to drink those shakes forever to maintain decent weight?

5. What happens if I stop drinking them after gaining weight?

1. Do it whenever at the end of the day getting excess calories in is what matters most

2.it doesn't matter what work you do so long as as you are able to make up for lost calories. Sedentary office work makes this easy to do. If you don't eat enough your gains will be slow no matter what.

3. Of course not but if you don't want to only put on fat then do resistance training.

4. Of course not but if you have a small appetite then it will make it easier.

5. If you stop drinking them then you will lose weight if you don't replacement the lost calories to compensate for your then more calorie hungry body.

There's nothing magic about weight gain shakes. You don't even need to buy weight gainer just make your own with high calorie ingredients. You could even down multiple table spoons if olive oil a day if you wanted to.

Make your meals ahead of time. Eat every 2 hours. Make good habits.
