Yea so about 7 months ago i got employed at a local gym, a pretty big one where ive been a member at since 2010. The pay is allright, about 11.30/hour. At work right now but only 2 others here. Please keep me entertained, /fit/
AMA
You in America on night shift?
Or in the Euro zone?
Either way, I'm at work too brother! How do we supplement /fit/ lifestyle into our seated jobs?
entertain yourself fucktard
>>41260214
Nah, i live in Sweden its 9:50 here atm
I do workout before/after my shift ends, since im already at the gym. When i sit down and theres nothing that has to be done, i eat my mealprep or a bar.
Where do you work?

Working in Networking & Routing at the university I just graduated from. It's an essential 24/7 position and they always have to have someone here at all hours to monitor the network and mainframe
It's a decent job. I get to read as much as I want. Around 3:00am I usually go outside and do a 20 minute stretching routine
>>41260306
Yea i do stretching too while just standing by the register, not close from a full split rn
>jujimufu fucking legend
Have """""refugees""""" ruined your gym yet?
>>41260469
Accualy they have, we have a metric shitload of them here, their cards are always messed up or expiered, they dont speak swedish so we cant communicate, and if we close at 21:00 they'll be in the showers at 21:15
>Mfw they try to outlift me but fail
>>41260496
Are you in Malmö?
>>41260496
That fucking sucks dude.
>>41260503
Nah Malmö is beyond saving at this point, im in Kungsbacka. But its still bad here. We have like 7 group housings for """refugees""" in the city.
>>41260530
I live in Göteborg and things are mostly quiet at my gym, its on the outskirts though so might be good.
Who is ruling Kungsbacka anyway? i thought you were a rich haven growing up
>>41260508
Yea it really does. ONE of them is accualy really cool, we do legpress together since we're both at 660lbs and he speaks 5/10 swedish, but the other noggs make me want to remove their membership.
Yeah and also all of their gym memberships are paid for with tax money.
>REEEEEEEE
>>41260545
Yea kungsbacka has 24% (M), it was all good and well untill 2015, thats when 'they' started coming. So growing up for me it accualy was a rich haven.
Nice to see another swefag on here, cheers lad
