I've been regularly eating greek yogurt for a while now since I'm trying to achieve vegetarian gains. What grinds my gears is that out of the ~8 different brands of greek yogurt they sell in my supermarket, only one has a positive protein:fat:carbs ratio (pic related, 12 g of protein and 1 g of carbs & fat per 100 g). The rest of are absolutely overstuffed with carbs, with usually twice the amount of carbs compared to protein, and some of them even have the fucking audacity to advertise themselves as "fat free". While it's technically true, they just put twice the amount of sugar in it so "fat free" doesn't mean shit. I feel really sorry for all the normies who get caught in the snares of the greek yogurt jew, this just ain't right.

Anchor greek yogurt (the abovementioned)
Musashi protein bars (only when they're on sale, but fuck salty caramel is good)
