Who here still hungry on a bulk? Currently eating 3k, some days I hsve to force it, some days it's really easy and sometimes I wish I could eat more.

i'm eating 2,5k kcals a day at 72kg 1m74 is alright isnt it? about 170grams of protein 300ish carbs and about 100ish fats (trying to build muscle… bulking)

don't eat 6k calories a day, especially at your bodyfat and activity level. You're just going to build excess fat unless you think your body has the inhuman abillity of gaining 2 lbs of muscle a week.

I'd say eat at most 2.7k
