Here is my advice how to run tren: don't

If you do, get really tan and big and then shred for summer. 1 month before peak Shredz run tren-ace for the month. Hire a professional photographer for some nature shots and make them look not totally staged yet still narcissistic.

After the month is up stop running tren until next summer, or until any summer when u want better peak body

Girls will not care or notice the difference between 500mg test and some EQ versus 1gram tren if you know what I mean right? They'll see a hot guy regardless.

tren made me feel like garbage. i was tired all the time, i would break out into a sweat for no apparent reason, i would sweat for 15 minutes after a shower, i was constantly out of breath, even eating made me sweat. it just felt extremely unhealthy to be on in general, you can feel it taking it's toll on your body every single day.
