Did SL 5x5 for 3 months, took a month long break because of exams then did PPL for 2 months

Bench: 185 lbs from the 65
I feel stronger but I've seen others have much better progress so idk

aim for more
go to symmetric strength and search for bench/squats/deadlift (rows and pull ups too i suggest) to have goals based on your bodyweight
eat a little less and keep doing what you're doing.
You're making pretty good progress, but you're also eating way too much. 50lb's in 6 months is kind of ridiculous.
