Good for pull-ups and other body weight stuff but unless you have a reason to be running with a load like if you're in the military or something you're wasting your time. Running with weight just makes you better at running with weight, and destroys your knees and ankles. Don't fall for the weighted vest meme

Try swimming. Of course, swimming in deep, natural waters is better for you than the shallow chemical baths you find in pools.

Stairs. Going down the stairs is obviously the easy part, but don't rush it because of the extra weight being put on your knees.
