How much sleep do you get on most nights /fit/? I get around

0 since I work graveyard. Just kidding, I sleep on the job all the time so around 1-2 hours

6-8 hours on weekdays, 9-10 on weekends and holidays. Went to bed last night at 8:30pm and just woke up 10 minutes ago (5:45AM) and sipping coffee.

Weekdays around 5-6, and on weekends 8-10. It's probably not enough during the week, but it's all I can manage at the moment unfortunately.

Usually 8, my gf is killing my gains now though, I get around 6.

i usually go to bed between 2 and 7 am, and wake up between 8am and 12pm, so 6-10 hours is probably what i average. got 5 last night

I'm lucky if I get 4 hours of sleep a day
